Tear an image from a magazine or sketchbook - one that conveys an enticing emotion. Burn the edges, mount on card and add foamboard underneath to raise up off the backing. Trace over it with pastel, splash with nail varnish, wash with watercolour paint, then affix dried flower petals, broken glass and steel chain as a border. Why steel chain?
